Tantra yoga is a complete holistic science that teaches us that the outer world and inner world are permanently and perfectly in union. Moving is way of expressing - letting what is outside of you work it’s way into and what is inside, work it’s way out.

Through specific methodologies it weaves practices of Asana, Breathing, Mudra, Meditation, Mantra, Traditional Kundalini, and Astrology, among many others, the practice allows you to hone the skill of vision, perception, feeling and articulation to access these road maps that open you to healthfulness, resilience and serenity in body, mind and spirit.

Whether you are an ardent yoga practitioner, a teacher, a teacher in training, or someone fairly new to yoga, this practice becomes a journey inward, where-in you will meet a part of yourself unmoved by your circumstances or that of the worlds, to meet a silence that has never been touched by thought.

And it is out of that silence, that that for which you have searched - for something immortal, something beautiful, something divine, something nameless - emerges

Week 1

Nervous System Lean-in

The true power of wellness is in learning how to oscillate between stress & ease. Learning how to navigate that journey well, is what developing wellness as a skill looks like. Learning how to respond to that oscillation moment to moment is one tool that supports you thriving

Week 1:

Learn to work with stress, to distinguish between healthy stress and unhealthy stress. In this way, Tantra yoga seeks to create balanced practitioners. More sensitive to the energy that moves in their body. More capable of deep rest and relaxation.

Week 2

Prana Power

Prana is a mysterious word most commonly reduced to the breath but it is much more than that. Since the dawn of creation, the Tantrics and Yogis have realized that in this physical body there is a potential force. It is not just psychological, philosophical or transcendental; it is a dynamic potential force existing in the material body. To experience Prana is to meet your power

Week 2:

Through tantric yoga methodologies that work through the chakra system, you will learn how to attune your attention to Prana, its currents and subcurrents.

  • Learn how to contain and direct prana. This can look like energy management on and off the mat, manifestation, or learning how to be at ease even in times of struggle.

  • Discover how to become sensitive to energy moving through your body. This cultivates the gift of intuition and awareness. And is the foundation of experiencing pleasure in body, emotions and mind.

Week 3

Mind & Heart Harmony

Meditation deepens our relationship to how we breathe. But the reward is not that we are better breathers. It is to become clear, so that we can greater perceive the beauty of life around us and with in us.

Week 3:

This week will give you practices and tools that anchor your mind into your heart and your heart into your spirit.

Discover

  • Pranayama basics and specific breathing practice within asana and movement practice that prepare the body and mind to experience meditation, deep stillness and contentment.

  • Simple but effective tantric meditation to call back any wandering mind

Kirtan: The Heart of Yoga

Because I can’t leave you without discovering for the first time - or experiencing again - the heart warming practice of devotion through singing mantra, I will be offering as a gift for whoever wants to show up a final meeting that will introduce you to the magic of Mantra.

Our voice is our own perfectly tuned instrument, naturally created for our healing, empowerment and freedom. Come sing your heart out or simply sit in the blissful vibrations of mantra meditation and experience the pure  power of connection in this practice.

Classes: Weekdays Monday to Friday. Each class will be a 45mins movement practice and 15mins resting/meditation practice

This is NOT a course for complete beginners. The class moves at a slow pace, and is breath centred, but we will not be breaking down alignment in each pose. So it will be more beneficial to know the basics.

Refunds

Two days before the event starts the refund window closes. One day before the event you will receive receipt of payment.

You will receive an email to the address you entered at time of payment with all details associated with the event - zoom links, workbooks, etc - the day before the event starts before 2pm. You will be required to fill out a Waiver. Upon registering and participating in the course you willing agree to the contents of the waiver

FAQ

Will this workshop be recorded?

Yes. This course will be held as live classes. Every class is recorded. Once the recording has uploaded to the server you will receive an email with a link. Each video will be available for replay for 48hrs.

I am pregnant, can I join?

Unfortunately, this particular course will not facilitate pregnancy.

I have health concerns, is Tantra yoga safe for me?

All exercise involves a risk of personal injury, including a small risk of serious injury. It is required that if you have any health concerns you speak to you doctor and they have approved your participation in our yoga classes.

I would like to remain anon, is this possible?

Absolutely, as with all of my workshops it is not required that you have your cameras on. Your audio will remain muted for the duration of the class anyway but you choose what happens with your camera and whether it stays on or off. I will say in yoga practices if you choose to keep it on it helps me give you specific guidance and direction so it is helpful but absolutely not necessary.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event start date. After this no refund is available for any reason and tickets cannot be transferred to future events. Thank you for understanding.

When will I receive the details for the event?
