The Principles of Sexual Wellness

Even though sexuality is a fundamental expression of human spirit, we are underwhelmed with the education we receive when it comes to supporting our sexual wellness. Understanding the principles of what sexual wellness is and how to support this is as important to our lives as our physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.

Contrary to what you might believe, sexual wellness is not about being in a constant state of bliss and pleasure. It is so important to recognise that sexual wellness is not just a state, it is an action. Where we must learn how our bodies function so that we can understand how oscillate between stress and ease with understanding and compassion. Struggle breathes more struggle, right?

The truth is once sex becomes synonymous with disappointment or struggle, avoidance sets in and creates sexual disconnection within our relationships - with ourselves and our intimate partners. This workshop aims to empower you with the knowledge of how our bodies work so we can turn dissatisfaction into discovery.

Learning how to navigate the journey between stress and ease well is what developing sexual wellness as a skill looks like. And learning how to respond to that journey moment to moment is one tool that supports you, and the people in your intimate partnerships, to thrive.

What will you learn?

When it comes to sexual wellness, everyone experiences how their inner world and state of being affects their desire & interest in sex. This workshop will give you the education you need to understand how our bodies functions in relational to libido, arousal and desire.

It offers you an invaluable opportunity to understand what you can do on a daily basis to support your body or be a support for your partner

Embodiment Practice for Arousal

Arousal is a body felt sensation.

This means that how you feel in your own skin can contribute to an MIA sex drive - things like, how you feel about your body, your relationship status, how you feel about your relationship, high levels of anxiety, stressful work/life environment.

This also means it is possible to activate Arousal through the body. You will come away with a fun practice meant to stimulate and activate arousal in your body.

As always, your clothes with stay on but….be prepared to GET HOT! YEOW!

FAQs

Will this workshop be recorded?

No. This is a live workshop. You must be able to attend at the time of the event.

Will there be nudity?

No. There will be no nudity in this workshop.

I would like to remain anon, is this possible?

Absolutely, as with all of my workshops it is not required that you have your cameras on. Your audio will remain muted for the duration of the workshop anyway but you choose what happens with your camera and whether it stays on or off.

I am nervous…What can I expect?

This is the most common question I am asked…everyone is nervous before you come to one of my workshops! If you have attended Orgasm Online you have had a taste of what to expect. The first half of the workshop will be a seminar style workshop so have a notebook and pen handy because there is TONNES of great information. The second half of the workshop will be a guided breast massage where I will talk you through a practice and demonstrate the movements on my body. Afterwards, there is an optional space to stay and share your experiences, ask me questions or just listen to others sharing. If at any time you feel it is too much, the beauty of being online, is that you can choose to leave the meeting at any time.

I cannot attend this date, will you do it again?

This is a once-off workshop created for International Women’s day. As of now there is no plan to hold it again.

What is the refund policy?

Refunds are available up to 72 hours before the event start date. After this no refund is available for any reason and tickets cannot be transferred to future events.
