Sex is a Skill
One of the biggest sexual scripts that we have been given is that sex is something we all know how to do.
Being a quality sexual partner, for yourself or others, requires skills.
Skills are something we learn. Skills like communication, negotiation, seduction, kissing, oral sex techniques, stroking, riding, finger and hand techniques, and so much more. It is endless. Like any area of life some of us a have natural capabilities in some of these areas already and some of us absolutely do not.
The beauty of this is that this is what makes Your pleasure is unique and personal to you.
What you want to explore, what you like or do not like changes and grows with you as you change and grow. We have been taught that asking questions in this area of our life or seeking guidance or being vulnerable means that you are lacking, less than, or not good enough.
So, when it comes to sex, instead of talking, asking, questioning, exploring…
We hide.
There is SO much against us when it comes to taking an active role in learning about and learning how to express our sexuality. Learning to upskill is a valuable aspect of education and indescribably valuable when it comes to expanding our experience of pleasure.
The Benefits of Upskilling allows for and cultivates Sexual creativity and this is an key ingredient when it comes sexual confidence, expanding our pleasure and so necessary when it comes to keeping our sexual relationships with ourselves and others exciting, fun, curious and evolving.

There are so many things that keep women away from feeling comfortable on top. For some it is the worry of how they look from the bottom down angle, for others it is a lack of confidence. Here we will learn the fundamentals of the Pleasure Mindset when it comes to sex on top that will help breakdown the sexual scripts that keep you away from pleasure. It can be tiring and perhaps even difficult to feel pleasure in this position. This is especially true when we have cultivated pleasure habits in positions like missionary or tend to take a passive role in sex and intimacy, preferring someone else to lead. Solo practice is a fantastic playground for exploration. Here we will learn breathing techniques that will allow you to increase sensation and your experience of pleasure and learn how sex toys can help you cultivate stamina.

Here I will demo technique, movement and positions that will allow you to experience pleasure on top. I will demo these positions with another human being. To be very clear, all clothes stay on, this will not be sexual in nature but very much educational…in-case you are worried.

Will this workshop be recorded?
It is a pre-recorded workshop. You will have access to the recording until July 31st Midnight. No extensions or exceptions. Please do not email asking for an extension.
Will there be nudity?
No. There is never any nudity in workshops.
I am nervous…What can I expect?
This is the most common question I am asked…A lot of people are nervous before they come to one of my workshops for the first time!
Live Online Workshops: Firstly, everyone is anonymous, screens of other participants are NOT visible, your screen is NOT visible. There is NO participant list, so names are NOT visible. The only thing you will see is my screen. It is almost like watching a TV programme, only I am speaking to you.
These workshops are generally seminar style so have a notebook and pen handy because there will be great information. In some workshops there are guided demos where I will talk you through a techniques, skills, postions. You do not need to participate - although I always encourage participation.
In all live online workshops participants will see a chat box. This is the place to be in the workshops. I always encourage chats to happen as I am talking - this is where all the fun happens - although it is not necessary to participate in the chat box. Please note, participant names will show in the chat box but it is possible to change your name to a user name in the workshop.
In every live online workshop we have a team who will be available to help you in you have trouble with your sound, or other technical issues. This team also monitor the workshops and the chat box.
Watching the replay: This is like tuning into a recorded tv program. You will sign into your account and it is possible to view the recording of the workshop. You will only see my screen. You will not see the names or screens of the people who participated and you will not see the chat box. I do read out comments in the chat box so the replay experience is just like re-living the live workshop with all the fun, excitement, laughs and learning.
I would like to remain anon, is this possible?
Absolutely, the way the workshops work is that you are completely anonymous. You will all only see me. You will not see names, or screens of other participants. Read above for a detailed account of what to expect.
Can men attend?
Yes. This is for everyone. Regardless of relationship status or gender. Please note, this workshop is aimed at women and vulva owners. However, the the skills section of this workshop would be so fun to do with a partner.
Can I attend with my partner?
Yes, the skills and demo section is great to do with your SO. Please note: If you are watching from different screens you must purchase a separate ticket.
I cannot attend this date, will you do it again?
This is a once-off workshop. As of now there is no plan to hold it again.
What is the refund policy?
