Refunds
Usually we process refunds up to 72 hours before the event starts. However, because these workshops are all recorded once purchased there will be no refunds given for any reason and no ticket transfers to future events.
Booking & Emails
Once you have made the booking. You will receive a confirmation email. This is your receipt with your order number.
The day before the event starts you will receive an email to the address you entered at time of payment with all details associated with the event - zoom links, workbooks, etc. Every event will require you to register so please do this well before the workshop. Zoom will then send you an email with your unique link and password that you will use to access the event.
IMPORTANT
Because the nature of these emails contain words like Sex, Pleasure, Orgasm, etc often times the email might be automatically filtered. If you have not received the email please check Junk, Spam, Trash folders.

If you still have not received the link please email <support@jennykeane.com> and you will be emailed directly with all the details. You must email me two hours before the event starts, after this I cannot guarantee you will receive the information in time. It is your responsibility to do this as we have no way of knowing who’s email was filtered and who’s was not. With that in mind, add this event to you personal calendar so as not to forget when it is on.

Will this workshop be recorded?
These workshops will be a live workshop with a 72 hr replay. Please have a look at the event description for exact dates and times for live workshops and replays
Will there be nudity?
No. There will be no nudity in the workshops.
I would like to remain anon, is this possible?
Absolutely, as with all of my workshops it is not required that you have your cameras on. Your audio will remain muted for the duration of the workshop anyway but you choose what happens with your camera and whether it stays on or off.
I am nervous…What can I expect?
This is the most common question I am asked…everyone is nervous before you come to one of my workshops! If you have attended Orgasm Online you have had a taste of what to expect. The workshops are mostly seminar style workshop so have a notebook and pen handy because there is TONNES of great information. There will be some meditations and embodiment practices and you are free to choose whether or not you participate in this. For the live events, afterwards, there is an optional space to stay and share your experiences, ask me questions or just listen to others sharing. If at any time you feel it is too much, the beauty of being online, is that you can choose to leave the meeting at any time.
I cannot attend the workshops for these dates, will you do it again?
This is a once-off opportunity to participate in new workshops. As of now there is no plans to hold them again.
What is the refund policy?
